Family History is important to me. I have discovered a cache of photographs from the early 1900's all the way thru till some taken a few months ago. They are of my family and it has been fun to view them. This blog is designed to do that in a larger way. I especially liked the ones from the 40's and 50's and seeing my grandmom and mom in a way I hadn't seen before. Fun!

I love this one! That's in front of Grandma's house in Harrisburg - the scene of many a family portrait. -Kitty
It was circa 1948 when my father was in the Kiltie band for CMU.
